- SUMMER SCIENCE CAMP ASSISTANT

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Duties: Assist camp instructors and children with crafts, games, snacks, nature walks, and other camp tasks.

Summer Science Camp Assistants will be assigned at least 2 weeks they will be expected to volunteer. The NDC will do its best to accommodate all teens who are interested in volunteering.

- SUMMER WEEKEND PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Hours: Saturday AND Sunday, 9:00am to 12:00pm or 12:00pm to 4:00pm. We will assign you to work either the morning shift or the afternoon shift on the weekends you have selected based on the number of volunteer applications we receive.

Duties: Assist with leading programs that occur on Saturdays and Sundays. These may include birthday parties, Sneak-a-Peek, and Mess Maker Programs. You will work along staff to help prep for the program, facilitate the activities, and clean up at the conclusion of the program. Be prepared to work outside and get messy!

Summer Weekend Volunteers will be assigned at least 2 weekends they will be expected to volunteer. You will be expected to work Saturday and Sunday during the weekend you are assigned. You will be assigned either the morning shift or the afternoon shift durng these weekends. The NDC will do its best to accommodate all teens who are interested in volunteering. Please rank the weekends below in order of your availability and your preference. Leave blank if you are NOT available that weekend.
